The HYTE X50 Snow White combines a distinctive rounded chassis design with premium materials and extensive cooling support. The standard X50 uses a curved 4mm laminated acoustic glass panel, creating a showcase view of the internal components while providing enhanced passive sound damping compared with conventional glass.
Airflow is a major focus of the X50. HYTE combines high-porosity micro-mesh with patent-pending louvered blade ventilation to reduce airflow resistance and improve thermal exhaust. Its contoured, top-mounted PSU canopy also helps direct hot air away from the main component area.
The case features HYTE's Cold-Floor Cooling concept, which provides direct airflow toward the graphics card from up to 3 × 120mm bottom fans. These bottom positions support fans up to 32mm thick, making them suitable for high-performance cooling configurations.
Cooling expansion includes 3 × 120mm or 140mm fans at the front, 3 × 120mm fans at the side, 3 × 120mm fans at the bottom, and 1 × 120mm rear fan, giving the chassis a total capacity of up to 10 fans. Liquid cooling support includes up to a 360mm front radiator and 360mm side radiator, plus a 120mm rear radiator.
Hardware compatibility is generous, with support for E-ATX motherboards up to 10.6 inches wide, as well as ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX. The chassis accommodates graphics cards up to 430mm long and 160mm high, CPU air coolers up to 170mm, and power supplies up to 223mm.
For connectivity, the X50 provides USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, and a 3.5mm combo audio jack. Storage support includes two 2.5-inch drives and one 3.5-inch drive, while the bottom-mounted magnetic dust filter helps simplify maintenance.
