The darkFlash DY470 Black features a distinctive diamond-inspired chassis with three glass panels that create an immersive 330° panoramic view of the internal components. Its angular exterior gives the case a showcase-oriented appearance suited to high-end gaming and RGB builds.

This particular configuration comes with 7 × 120mm ARGB fans pre-installed, providing a much more complete cooling setup than the standard four-fan DY470 configuration shown on darkFlash's global product page. The chassis itself supports up to 10 × 120mm fans, with three positions at the top, three at the side, three at the bottom, and one at the rear.

Liquid-cooling support includes up to a 360mm radiator at the top, another 360mm radiator at the side, and a 120mm radiator at the rear. This provides substantial cooling flexibility for high-performance gaming PCs using large AIO liquid coolers.

The DY470 accommodates ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards and supports ATX back-connect designs for cleaner cable-free presentation. GPU clearance reaches 410mm horizontally and 390mm vertically, while CPU air coolers up to 175mm are supported.

Horizontal and vertical GPU installation options are built into the chassis, and an adjustable GPU support bracket helps support large graphics cards. A PCIe riser cable is required separately for vertical GPU installation.

Front connectivity includes 2 × USB 3.0 Type-A, USB Type-C, HD Audio, Reset, and Power. Storage support includes two 3.5-inch HDDs and one 2.5-inch SSD.
