The Cooler Master Elite 600 is designed for builders who want a clean, modern chassis with generous hardware and cooling compatibility. Its tempered-glass side panel provides a clear view of the internal components, while the wide chassis layout provides plenty of room for modern graphics cards and cooling hardware.

The case supports Mini-ITX, Mini-DTX, Micro-ATX, and ATX motherboards, along with full-size graphics cards up to 425mm long and 160mm high including the power connector. CPU air coolers up to 160mm and ATX power supplies up to 240mm are supported.

Cooling flexibility is one of the Elite 600's main strengths. Fan mounting includes up to 3 × 120mm at the bottom, 3 × 120mm or 2 × 140mm at the top, 3 × 120mm or 2 × 140mm at the side, and a 120mm rear position. Radiator support includes up to 360mm at both the top and bottom, up to 280mm at the side, and 120mm at the rear.

The front I/O provides 2 × USB Type-A ports, a high-speed USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port, and a combined 3.5mm headset jack. Tool-free access and removable dust filters further simplify system building and maintenance.
